This Privacy Policy describes how Autograph ("the App", "We", "Us") handles your information. Autograph is a video signing app that records front-camera video while you draw a signature on screen. The App is designed to keep all your data on your device — we have no servers, no user accounts, and no analytics.

Interpretation and Definitions

• Application refers to Autograph, the software program provided by the Company.
• Company refers to Autograph.
• Device means your iPhone or iPad.
• Personal Data means any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
• You means the individual using the Application.

Data We Collect

Autograph does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. All data remains on your device.

Camera & Microphone

Autograph requests access to your camera and microphone solely to record signing videos. Recordings are processed and stored locally on your device and are never uploaded or shared by the App. You can enable or disable access at any time through your Device settings.

Photos Library

Autograph requests access to your Photos library only to save videos and signature images you choose to export. The App does not read or access any existing photos. You can enable or disable this access at any time through your Device settings.

Data Storage & Retention

All recordings and signatures are stored locally on your device. You can delete them at any time from within the App. We have no access to your data and cannot retrieve or delete it on your behalf.

Tracking Technologies

Autograph does not use cookies, analytics, advertising SDKs, or any tracking technologies.
